| Here's a good rub I found in a Better Homes & Gardens Indoor Grilling cookbook: NAME: Cinnamon Pork Chop Rub CATEGORY: Spices and Seasonings SERVES: 4 INGREDIENTS: 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon thyme, crushed 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard 1/4 teaspoon onion salt DIRECTIONS: Stir ingredients together in small bowl until mixed thouroghly. Rub on to pork chops. |

| Change the thyme portion from 1/4 tsp. to 1/2 tsp. I am about to try it tonight. I only found it a couple of days ago. Will keep everyone posted. |
