Oh YEAH, I loved him in that too. I need to see Chocolat (sp?) and see him in a sexy role. wink.gif

Since we're talking about Val Kilmer - has anyone seen Top Secret besides me? That is one of the most hysterical movies I've ever seen.
I know a little German - he's sitting over there.

Top Secret is one of my Favorites! The Ford Pinto sitting all alone in the field! And what was that device the guy was found impaled on??? LOL!!

Going out this week to see Tom Cruise in 'The Last Samauri' Saw the 'History vs. Hollywood' on it, and it looks great!

Well I just finished Pirates of the Caribean. Wonderful movie! Johnny Dep did such a terrific part in the movie.
Anyone else watch this?
Annabelle frusty.gif

My whole family LOVES 'Pirates'! We saw it twice on the big screen, and bought the dvd last week when it came out. I've been a Johnny Depp fan since 'Edward Scissorhands', 'Chocolat' and my all-time favorite 'Benny & Joon'.
But "Pirates" has a good cast all 'round, doesn't it - Orlando is delightful, and so was the chick love interest (don't know her name)... and to see Geofrey Rush cutting up like he does after seeing him in 'Shine' several years ago, well what a change in role! He's lots of fun - but those teeth in 'Pirates' ewwwww!! laugh.gif

We saw Sleepy Hollow too, but it was so scarey I wouldn't let my daughter see it. Its horrifying! I think I remember reading where the headless horseman is played by the same fellow who did Frog-guy in the first X-Men movie and Darth Maul in the Star Wars movie that had Liam Neeson in it. (Their fight scene is the best thing in the whole movie!)

Elspeth, Top Secret is great, but the best character Val played has to be between Madmartigan in Willow, and the Doc in Tombstone.

He can flat act.

How was X-Men 2? I saw it a couple times in the theatre and it was amazing, but I haven't gotten it on DVD yet. Were any new scenes added or any other fun stuff like that?

Keira Knightley is her name. She was also in "Star Wars" episodes I and II, as Natalie Portman's double. I can see why. They look like they can be twins naughty.gif .

I loved "Pirates of The Caribbean". You could tell Johnny Depp was having fun the whole time as Captain Jack Sparrow. His best movie though is "The Ninth Gate" with Emanuelle Seigner, Lena Olin and Frank Langella.

The children watched Willow for the first time about 3 weeks ago and our three year old now walks around with a serious look on his face and says to people "You're drunk!"
