I am interested in traditional Irish folk music - actually interested in all kinds of music - and play the bodhrán myself. I am a professional musician and maintain a web site with information on my background and upcoming performances at www.myspace.com/tomdelaneymusic. I am also interested in Irish hagiography and religious history, which was the topic of my thesis for my M.A. in theology. I do some work in the area of Celtic spirituality with my friend Edward Sellner - who has authored several books on the topic - and provide some information on this at www.immram.org.
