A green and glorious St. Patrick's Day from the Irish Hills of Central California.
They really are called the Irish Hills, and this time of year, they look much like the real thing, except for the absence of the stone walls and the color-coded sheep. And of course here everyone drives on the wrong side of the road.
My bit of Irish blood came to life while I was on the green isle a while ago, and I long for the day that I can return. Something cool and wet and secret and green calls to me from way back near the source of the great mystic spiral.
As you approach a town on an Irish highway in the west, signs ask you to slow down. I started to think of these signs as good advice for life in general, so with that, I bid you all to "go mal!"
Everywhere I go today everyone is in the spririt of the Holiday! I've got my Corned Beef, cabbage and potatoes already done for dinner. When are ya'll coming over?
Happy St. Patty's Day to everyone here at Celtic Radio!
A special Happy St. patty's Day MacFive and the Mrs. too!
Happy St Patrick's Day to you all, the irishs and the others... I think I'll have a drink later in this smoky but friendly pub called The Dubliner's. And maybe I'll sing some old songs. Here in Brittany we love irish folk. so the night wil be short and sure tomorrow my voice will be broken...

Que restera-t-il de notre sang mêlé au sel, sans trace dans les mémoires ? Une ultime navigation, trompeuse. Et des souvenirs, illuminés d'embruns. Mais condamnés au silence de la mer... Loïc Finaz.
My last name is Mueller, however my grandmother was born upstairs in an Irish pub so I have the blood and will be raising a few glasses to the old saint tonight. Blessed be all!

HAPPY ST PATRICK'S DAY TO ALL!

"You thought the leaden winter would bring you down forever, But you rode upon a steamer to the violence of the sun. And the colors of the sea blind your eyes with trembling mermaids, And you touch the distant beaches with tales of brave Ulysses: How his naked ears were tortured by the sirens sweetly singing, For the sparkling waves are calling you to kiss their white laced lips." "The tiny purple fishes run laughing through your fingers, And you want to take her with you to the hard land of the winter." Tales Of Brave Ulysses by Eric Clapton and Martin Sharp
What a great day it is for the Irish. My ancestral home is Northern Ireland, I was born on St. Patrick's Day and I do have green eyes. So I wear "The Green" always. Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone. Oh! How I wish y'all were in Savannah celebrating St. Patrick's Day with me. It is our 180th parade.
To those who are Irish by birth, heritage, or deportment - happy St. Patrick's Day! Since this is the one day on which we are all Irish, I'll be tipping my glass to you this evening.
