Hello there! So, today I want to tell you about russian group, playing welsh, irish and scottish music and songs. They are "Clann Lir". I have told about them http://www.celticradio.net/php/forums/index.php?showtopic=5426&st=0&#entry92110, but now I want to add more information.

Clann Lir was formed in Moscow at Christmas time 2002 and started public performances on St. Patrick's Week 2003. The original idea behind the new name on Russian stage was to give an old-fashioned, baroque touch to Irish music.

Their first album was called "Clann Lir". Track-list:

1. Raithneach
2. Nach Cloite An Galar An Gra
3. Hornpipes
4. Anachie Gordon
5. Ye Jacobites by name
6. Black Is the Colour
7. Kemp's Jig
8. Y Deryn Du/ Gwel Yr Adeilad
9. Cowboi
10. A Son In Americay
11. Casadh an tSugain
12. Cad e sin don te sin
13. Colm Cille na Feile

And for...hm... familiarization, yeah? Sorry, I don't know correct word, so, for familiarization here two tracks.

If you want, I can to take out two videous of these songs. Do you want? But files are big - 45 and 35 mb. They are from programm about Celtic music in Russia.
Enjoy, friends!
