I'm just getting the message that the free spots are filled.

I've been having trouble with the songs just stopping for a bit and picking up again. Lots of dead spots with just silence.

Also, when I first tried to answer on one of the forums, I got the message that the database was down for maintenance. That was when I tried to just click through from the link in my email. But, when I went to the website and tried to just get there from one of the links at the top, I got through. Go figure.

That's what's happening with me...

Oh well, you know that on St. Paddy's Day, everyone's Irish --- so probably everyone is trying to listen to Celtic music biggrin.gif walkman.gif

*thunking head on desk*

Tis driving me bonkers!

Yes, it will go off when there is so many people listening. You might try one of the other stations such as Celtic Moon, Celtic Rock Radio, Blue Grass Rock Radio
Mountain Legacy which are all from Celtic Radio. I usually just try back for Highlander Radio. Lots of folks listening today.

I'm afraid to leave the station for one of the others for fear that I won't be able to get back in. Last year, I won my cd because I heard the prompt on the radio. I'd hate to miss my chance because I was listening elsewhere.

I guess it's a good thing, though, to know that so many people are listening!

ptwb, no I wouldn't leave it if you have it. I kept getting kicked out but I will just keep trying. If your a vip member of on 365 this doesn't happen.

Just if you lose it keep trying to get back in. smile.gif

Same here down South. Just a few bars and then silence. sad.gif

I'm a VIP member and it's still happening to me...

BUT!

That's so very true!

I just love this station and hope it brings others to enjoy it, too.

Are you still having this issue? Honestly, our capacity seems to be nearing the red danger mark and it will be effecting Highlander Radio - but not Celtic Moon, Celt-Rock-Radio, BlueGrassHills and Mountain Legacy.

We have made some adjustments that should improve the listening experience. If not, please post here and we can lower the sound quality just a wee bit so that we are not over extending our bandwidth limits.

Still having the problem... sad.gif

I'm having the problem as well.

Came back from lunch and I was kicked off. sad.gif
I listen to Celtic Moon at work and normally I don't have a problem, but there are more people on today. Guess I will switch to Pandora so at least I can listen to a little bit of celtic music.

This could be an issue over at Live365. The Founder stream does not seem to be effected now - although that is clearly maxed out.

We've made some adjustments so hopefully that will help with the Live365 Highlander Radio stream.

Any reports are much appreciated so we can evaluate if we need to upgrade some bandwidth locally.

I think it's actually gotten a bit better - I don't remember hearing any dead air in a while.

I'll be getting off around 3:30 so get ready to jump into live 365 as I clear out!

If it is happening with Celt Rock Radio then this is a Live365 issue. They might be getting alot more listeners today becaue of the St. Patrick's Day issue.

Thats good to hear Highlander Radio is clearing up. We reduced some bandwidth on that channel. This is some good feedback as we are going to make a few changes after today to help things like this.

We definitely hit an all time listener High today and with 512 members logged into our site at one time! Bit of growing pains, we will have until next year to increase our capacity again! biggrin.gif

Rindy - you must have slid into my slot as I had just vacated a few minutes before. I was just holding a place for you, I guess. wink.gif

There were the challenging days. Celtic Radio runs so smoothly now I question if I am even needed.

Seems to run itself now a days....
