You know, Mr. Skinner... When I was in my teens, there was a guy, Ron, I think his name was, in his late 40's who had terrible arthritis. He used to dance as a way to keep moving, he told me. The day would start slow and painful for him, but, would loosen as time wore-on. Following practice, he was always tired, but, much more mobile.

And, yes... Highland Dancers are true Athletes king.gif

I wouldn't want to make this young lady angry!
