Disappeared for while. been very busy with work, college, family and competitions

Rachel Ceilidh MacLean was born 10-04-06 @ 11:51am. weighting in at a whooping 9lb 6.3oz.

My Scottish heavy athletics went well this year. Kinda glad my season is over. Now, I can relax and just focus on my lifting until next season.

College is going well.. changed my career again.. Am no longer with Ford Motor co (useless company). working for PAI as a QE. Like it but realized I have another calling in life.

I want to work with terminally ill children as a MSN (nurse) and get a new meaning in life. I hope to give laughter and enjoy to these little children of God before they meet there creator. As well, I hope to pull new meaning in life as I learn from these Brave children.

other then that good to be back on. As well I keep posting new pictures at my webshot.com site. Just do a search on my screen name Kiltedlover69

Congrats on the new baby! Btw, I am Lisa, I just joined about a month or so ago. I seen ya playing the game room hahahaha my fav spot! I don't know if I could work w/terminally ill children. I think i would get too attached and I don't know what I would do if something happened to them. I think it is great for those who could do it though. Good luck to you on that career!

Lisa ..thank you. I Realize this will be a big jump for me. Going from engineering to Nursing. I love kids and I can get on there level. Not scared to make a fool of myself ask Any scottish athlete at any highland games and they will tell you. Its all about laughter and enjoying your life. I try not to sweat the small stuff (my motto in life).
My name is Chris and I hit majority of the highland games in Ind. (ft Wayne, Columbus, South bend). Look for the funny man on the field.. AKA (crowd pleazer)

Conragts on the new baby! How exciting! I'm expecting my first, he/she is due in April. It's such an amazing experience!

Ok. I'm from South Bend, IN!!! I DIDN'T KNOW WE HAD HIGHLAND GAMES IN SOUTH BEND???? Why have i never heard of these????? It would figure I'd find out about this stuff after I move to Ohio. Is there a website that i can go to that lists locations of highland games? I know the season is over...but next year I'll have a kid and a cool new tradition start, right? oooo.....

There's a dear little plant that grows in our Isle
Twas St . Patrick himself, sure, that set it;
And the sun of his labour with pleasure did smile,
And with dew from his eye often wet it.
It grows through the bog, through the brake, through the
Mireland, and they call it the dear little shamrock of Ireland.

Congratulations on the new baby - and well done on such an admirable career change - I wish you all the best with that!! My daughter is a student nurse over here so I know just how much hard work you have to put in.
