Help! I signed up for a Premium membership, but have never been able to listen on the Celtic Radio webplayer. I can listen on Live 365, but it gets interrupted and I don't want to have to join that too. I have OSX (10.4.1) and I have tried downloading VLC 0.8.6d. It gives me an error message. Are there any other Mac users out there that have suggestions to try? Thanks, Annie

Unfortunately, we do not have a Mac to test this on. We know that VLC does work with the stream.

Please if there are any Mac users out there that could help us, we would much appreciate it.

Please see the instructions located here and use the VLC link to listen:

Also, VLC has a suppot page if you are receiving an installation error for the VLC media player:

iTunes is expected to support the aacPlus streaming very soon. The technology is very new and for those that can listen, the quality is incredible.

We most definitely can refund your Premium account if you can not get it working on a Mac.
