The Chit Chat Pub, A place to just hang out

"Dearest Jester, you are a joy, as always! It's wonderful to have you back with us again!" and she laughs as he spins her around the room once again.

[Celtic cat]

Cat, feeling a little tired from all the recent commotion, decides to stay put and rest. She lightly sips some more baileys and watches Miss Dreamer whirl around the room.

[Raven]

Raven finally collapses onto his old familiar stool, sticking his beak deep in his glass after commenting, "It seemed like that song went on for days."

[maisky]

The jester finally escorts his partner back to her seat and bows as she sits down. "Milday, it is, as always a great pleasure to dance with you. I have missed you greatly in my travels. Thank you for indulging the clumsiness of this old Drake. And Sir Raven, thanks to you and your friends for providing such devine music." He wanders over to his seat and picks up his glass. "Cheers to all!"

[Danann]

{With a crack of thunder and a flash of light Danann enters the room}

Fair day to you all, I have missed each and all of you! How fare's the souls? I see the Jester has been dancing, and the raven has taken up his perch on the stool of olde.

[Dogshirt]

Leapin' tae his feet an' grabbin' his claymore, Dogshirt looks at th' newest arrival wi' suspicion.

[sisterknight]

just as the great dog is about to leap on the unsuspecting newest arrival,all turn as they hear in the distance, hooves beating out a great noisy tattoo and sisterknight jumps down and arrives in time to save Danann from a nasty knock....

[Danann]

{With a wave of her hands the air is filled with soft music and a soothing feel. The redheaded witch smiles and shifts her green eyes, first to the great dog and the man with the sword, and then to her timely defender)

Be at peace, I mean no harm, and certainly did not mean to cause alarm! Kind sir, please sheath the weapon, before you bring harm to yourself. Sweet defender, I thank you for your aid. Perhaps a drink and a tale will calm everyone? Hamm, my dear sir... how about a round of drinks on this fine eve?

First, a reintroduction might be required? I am Danann, a Seer, healer and high priestess. {briefly Danann touched the tailsman that hung around her neck denoting her rank of Priestess of Danu} And you are...

[Dogshirt]

Ah be Dogshirt, Lord o' th' Northern Plains. A Gordon tha' roams th' plains wi' th' Pikuni Blackfoot an' tradin' for th' HBC. Pleased I am ta meet ye, but ya shid no sneak oop an a man wi' a loaded claymore. An' th' dog will no harm ye. Down lad!

ah,do forgive my dear lady(sigh)(bows deeply)but the sight of you and the thought of danger twas more than this old heart could stand..... i am sisterknight, victorious am i, a snowdon from the great white north and my trusty steed has no name but chose to follow me and allow me to ride him from time to time( a big saucy grins splits on her face)......peace be with all here and a whiskey would not go unappreciated! as she reaches up to pet the very large,hairy dog

[Celtic cat]

Cat scurries to the soul most familar in reaction to all the commotion. "Miss Drreamer, do these things happen often herre?"

[sisterknight]

(sisterknight leads her steed away and, she asks over her shoulder) Lord of the North Plains, about yon weapon of yours, i'm keen to hear more of the story of it.

[Raven]

The Raven turns his head to survey the wee disruption in the pub and lifts a wing to the witch and returns to the care and drinking of his whisky

out of the corner of her eye sisterknight sees the rather large black bird at the bar and quickly comes to a halt. Sir Bird i do apologize for disrupting your eve(and bows and continues with her steed)

[Dreamer1]

Lady Dreamer, flushed from her dance with the marvelous Jester, watches all this new commotion with amusement. * It's good to see the Pub so alive again! * she muses to herself. In answer to Miss Cat's query, she smiles fondly at her newest friend, sips a bit of her Bailey's, and says " Miss Cat, do you remember the friends I mentioned a while back that I hadn't seen for so long? You've already met Raven, OldRaven, and of course our wonderful Jester. Now, at last, Lady Danaan has returned as well! I'm so glad she's here again! (I haven't yet met the gentleman and his dog -you may rightly be cautious there! -or the young Lady Knight but they both seem friendly enough, in their own way.) Perhaps Lady Danaan will join us, and you may meet her, too!"
