TERM 2 ACADEMY OF CELTIC STUDIES BEGINS IN APRIL

On Monday, April 2, 2007, The Irish Cultural Center, located at 1106 N. Central Ave, Phoenix will be starting Term 2 of the Academy of Irish & Celtic Studies. Classes are offered in Music (13 different instruments) and Language (Irish and Welsh). The Irish Cultural Center will also be offering a music theory class which will cover all instruments. The academy classes are 50 minutes in length and meet once a week for 9 sessions. The cost for music and language classes is $90.00 per class. Private lessons are 25 minutes in length and are available on a limited basis. The cost for private lessons is $20.00 per class. The 2nd Saturday of most months, the Center offers Ceili dance lessons. This is a 2 hour dance-intensive workshop, geared towards both beginning and advanced dancers of all ages. Cost is $16.00 for adults and $2.00 for children under 12.
