I really should keep up. Chocolate is one of my favorite subjects. May I offer a few observations?

1. Having to share chocolate is another in the long list of reasons that I am unfortunately single.
2. Dundee is correct. Dark Dove chocolate rules. It makes a great after dinner treat with any red wine.
3. Cadbury?s chocolate, (the imported stuff, not the domestic) is very tasty.
4. Freezing chocolate changes the chemical structure of sugar, much like it does bread. Freezing any chocolate and eating it frozen creates a richer, more intense chocolate flavor. This is especially true of dark chocolate.
5. Finally, White chocolate is made from cocoa beans, but is actually not considered chocolate by the FDA.
