I am drinking coffee and procrastinating a report I have to write. My new job gives me MUCH too much control over my own work and schedule. It's easier to have a boss pushing me to get stuff done.

Drinking my morning coffee!!!! Catching up on what's happening here. Soon as it warms up hubby and I are out of here on the motorcycle. We won't have very many warm days to ride. Yes! my week of work is over, time to have lots of fun!!!!

O'siyo maggiemahone, ~Sounds like a great way to start your day! What kind of 'scooter' do you and your hubby have? Have a safe ride and keep the shiney side up ~Sty-U

I saw several movies where I said to myself "I can watch it on DVD." It's turning out to be that kind of night...
I may finish watching "Highlander" after I'm done here...

Just dragged in after an all day Geocaching event on the other side of the state. While there the results of the month long elections were announced. Since we are a new organization this is our first elected board of executives. I am now the first elected Secretary of the Michigan Geocaching Organization. The next year should be a busy one.

Trying to convince myself that my insomnia is only in my head.
O'siyo urian, ~Yeah insomnia can play havoc on a person~ Speaking from first-hand knowledge here Hopeless insomniac that stays on the puter, writes in her journal or watches old movies until wee hours of the morning Good luck on finally falling asleep ~Sty-U
Guilty here as well. Well, the writing and stayiing on the computer part. My last job had me getting up at 4am ..regardless of when I laid down I wouldnt fall asleep until 1 or 2
Oh gosh! I can relate to insomnia totally! Most nights I have to force myself to bed. I am a true night owl. For 20 more years I got up at 4 am to go to a job. I never slept well through the night. It is so much nicer now being able to get up later.

O'siyo, ~Listening and requesting songs on CelticRadio.. glancing over at the big screen at an old black and white Sherlock Holmes Mystery Movie~ I love ol' movies ~~Sty-U
Just got through riding our exercise bike. Getting a little nippy to be out walking at this time of night in workout shorts. I hate one pair of sweatpants I hate and the cord broke on the comfy ones. Cruisin' the boards right now and listening to jazz on our local NPR station.
Just went out in the yard to smoke (yes, I know it's a bad habit and I need to quit) and met a strange dog hanging around. It was obviously a hunting dog, well taken care of. Had a name and phone number on a plate on it's colar so called the owner and he came and picked him (the dog) up. Dog and owner were very happy to see each other, so I've done my good deed for the day.

You definitely have some good karma coming your way!
