Quick and easy supper dish biggrin.gif

8 chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoons runny honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry English mustard powder
0.5 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon seasame seeds
little Sunflower or Veg oil

Preheat oven to Gas mark 6/400F

Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet
Mix together the honey, soy sauce,mustard and seasame oil and divide it equally over the drumsticks. Drizzle with a little extra cooking oil.

Place in oven for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds and cook for a further ten minutes or so, until the legs are fully cooked through.

Serve with noodles and wok-fried chinese greens or stir-fried vegetables.

I can vouch that this one is good!! I make one similar, only difference is I add 1/4 tsp of hot sauce to the mix and use olive oil instead of those others.
