| I am pleased to announce that WizardofOwls has accepted a position as one of our Celtic Radio Forum Guides (moderator)! WizardofOwls is always welcoming new members on CelticRadio.net and just being a good community member. He really has shown a level, consistent and genuine personalty in everything he posts and we feel very fortunate to have him as one of our forum guides. Well, I wish this was a paying job, but the best we can do Wiz is a free Tshirt. We will be sending these out soon to all eligible mods for helping out with the community this past year. Thanks again Wiz!  |

Ohhhhh ! A new guide ! Congrats Wizard ! there could be no better choice !  So what does it mean ? You've got access to all the buttons ? I don't understand the difference between moderators and guides...  But never mind I'll have a drink with you  (but not rootbeer, beurk...maybe just grappefruit sirup with rosé  ) |

| Unless I'm mistaken, Guides don't have access to edit/remove posts if need be, and other similar tasks. Mods have those abilities within the scope of their jurisdiction. |

My understanding was there are no Mods anymore just Guides. There are two levels... universal and specific. Universal has control over the whole forum, where specific has control over their own topics. This is how Macfive explained it to me. |
