Considering the original link was posted 15 years ago (my does time fly) it no longer worked when i tried it.

I used a websearch to find a different but similar quiz
What Kind of American English Do You Speak?

This is the result i got from it:
"Upper Midwest English
To others, you might not seem like you have much of an accent at all. It's only when listening closely that they can hear the upper Midwest influence. You would rather say "you guys" rather than "y'all," and your verbal foundations are clear when you speak. You learned to speak colloquially, and it has stuck with you!"
