Well definitely be at work for one thing since St. Patrick's Day lands on a Tuesday this year But that's okay....the Social Club has arranged a "Best Dressed in Green" Contest, a Dept. Poster and Decorating Contest and last but not least snacks and frivolity
Since we cannot listen to Celtic Radio (due to Bandwidth issues) we shall listen to Celtic Music on CD. After work a couple of pints shall be in order

Tomorrow I'll be cooking St. Patrick's dinner for family and Saturday hubby and I are taking off for the day to Gatlinburg Tn to shop and stop by to visit two of my siblings and their spouses in Mosheim Tn. I surely will be thinking of all my friends here at CelticRadio!!!

A Happy St Paddys' Day to you and all the Irish amongst us. Personally I do not celebrate St. Patricks Day in fact I celebrate only 3 Holidays a year. Xmas but more so as a family get together not a religious affair. Canada Day because it is the birthday of the Greatest Country on Earth, and Remembrance Day to Honour my fellow soldiers. All the rest including New Years and Robbie Burns Day are just another day.
Wow! I had to show my husband the posts. (he just rolled his eyes) I will also be checking out CR and Rindy, I will be on QVC also. I get into so much trouble!!!!
Maggie - when you are in Gatlinburg be sure to stop by Coffee and Company either in the Village Shops or up at the Glades. They have the BEST Highlander Grogg coffee. I have to buy several packages when I'm up there because all my friends down here want some.
My best friend and I can't celebrate St. Pat's until the following Friday. But we will make up for the lost time.
Above all, everyone have fun and stay safe.

Rindy Posted on 12-Mar-2009, 08:38 PM My plans are to be right here and also watching QVC live on my screen. It's a tradition now. It's going to be fun as it always is on St. Patricks Day!
May I ask, what is QVC Live???
