Hello Everyone! some of you know me, and some don't, but that's ok. I have had some good advice, and as a result to that, I am asking for your Prayer, and thoughtfulness.

My 11 year old daughter Tori was born with some birth defects. she has a syndrome called Hema Facial Microsomia. she has facial palsy on the right side of her face, and coloboma in the right eye, her right ear is under developed, and trigger thumb on her right hand.

She has seen oodles of specialists, and all the work-up's. So, as a result to that, she has an appoint (April 11th) in Madison to see an ENT Specialist. This Doctor might possibly do the reconstruction of her right ear! (If not, off to Chicago!) she has to have extensive surgeries, we're looking at 5 plus.

If you have any advice or questions, please feel free to comment or ask!

Thank you so much for the time, and God Bless! angel.gif

I'll be thinking and praying for you and your daughter, I hope the specialist in Madison will be able to help Tori. God's grace is sufficient!

UPDATE: Thank you for all your pryers concerning my daughter Tori.

We met with the surgeon, and she is confident that she will be able to do my daughter's surgeries! We are so excited. She has to have some cat scans, but that can be done here in town. So, the surgeries will be in Madison, we will be able to follow up with her in her office in Appleton, and tests can be done here locally in Green Bay.

The surgeries will be in 3 steps. they will have to remove some cartilage from her ribs, shape it, and fixate it to her head ( in the vicinity of where the ear will be), then the the second surgery they will make the contours right, make sure it's even with the other, and that blood flow is right (etc), and the third step will be the "tweaking" stage.

It's more in debth than I can explain, not using big medical terms and things of the like.

This is a big step for all of us. and I will continue to keep all of you who are interested posted. God Bless you all!
