Choose a recipe from the many here, fix that food, take a photo of that food and post it here with a link to the recipe...
anyone game for this idea?

Ok Shadows, how do you attach a picture to the darn post???I have a fantastic recipe for scottish shortbread. Or do I not need to attach a picture to the recipe?

Ok, I screwed around trying to attach a picture to no avail, so, here's the recipe, their wicked good if you like shortbread that is,recipe is from a scottish family in Connecticut.
Traditional Irish shortbread 1 pound butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup rice flour -King Arthur brand only!!!!!!!! which is hard to find.
3 cups regular flour.
Blend butter and sugar together, then add flour, do this by hand in a bowl.
Form into traditional round cake about 1/2 inch-3/4 inches, or press into oiled floured mold.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 25-35 minutes, or until it turns golden.

I think my blood sugar went up just reading the recipe! That means it sounds good.
Folks I cant' carry these cooking forums all by myself ! Is no one else interested in eating and cooking?
I will get the box of recipe's out that I got from my mother and try to post some of them. They say you should be careful when you see a restaurant that advertises "Mom's Home Cooking." Not everyone's "Mom" was a good cook. I think mine was though!
