From the latest email from IonaMusic.com...

We have an exciting season coming up this year! Starting Sunday, 11/3 and continuing through 12/8 (with the exception of Sunday 12/1 when the tree lighting at the Village Centre will cause parking disruptions). There will be 2 sittings: 5-6:30 & 7-8:30 pm In the Snuggery Dining Room of The Old Brogue Irish Pub, 760 Walker Road in Great Falls, VA

Tickets are currently on sale at www.oldbrogue.com Doors open 10 minutes before the show. A full dinner menu and extensive bar selection are available during the concerts. $10 per person food/beverage minimum.

The Fall Schedule:
11/3: Four-time National Scottish Harp Champion Sue Richards and INDIE-winning "Celtic guitar god" Robin Bullock blend the ancient and magical tones of the Celtic harp with the powerful resonance of the steel-string guitar, drawing on Irish, Scottish, Welsh and Breton traditions to create something truly unique: beautiful and timeless, yet fresh and current. https://robinbullock.com

11/10: Four Shillings Short.
The husband/wife duo of Aodh Og O’Tuama from Cork, Ireland and Christy Martin from California, have been performing together since 1995. They were last at the Old Brogue over 20 years ago! 11/17: The Irish Inn Mates.
Jesse Winch, Mitch Fanning,Tina Eck and Zan McLeod, will be joined by special guest, dancer Agi Kovacs. For a comparable evening of exceptional traditional Irish music and sean nos dance, you would need to go to Ireland! Every one of these musicians is top of the heap, and will send chills up your spine and movement to your feet. https://www.facebook.com/IrishInnMates

11/24: IONA, The East Coast’s premier pan Celtic group offers the full spectrum of Celtic music, song and dance. Lively arrangements feature strong vocals, bouzouki and bodhran from Barbara Tresidder Ryan, woodwinds from Bernard Argent on wooden flute, whistles, vocals and percussion, bass guitar accompaniment and vocals by Chuck Lawhorn, Jim Queen on fiddle, banjo and vocals, and dancer extraordinaire, Joe Duffey, a veteran of Riverdance and Lord of the Dance tours around the world, on feet. www.IonaMusic.com

12/8: Jody Marshall's Annual Holiday Concert: once again, Jody Marshall and friends will fill the Snuggery with mirth, merriment, and plenty of good cheer with their popular Holiday show. Jody's sparkling hammered dulcimer, along with Paul Nahay's rock-solid piano and Jim Queen's versatile fiddle, deliver holiday spirit in repertoire ranging from beloved favorites to lesser-known gems . Add in golden-voiced Carey Creed on lead vocals, with Jody and Jim contributing their spot-on harmonies, and the result is a show that spans the gamut from funny Christmas parodies to lovely holiday ballads to intricately arranged instrumentals. There's something here for everyone - you won't want to miss it! https://www.jodymarshall.net
