Hey everyone. I'm curious as to what you all think about the Scottish Independence Referendum which will be voted on in September of this year I believe. Particularly curious to hear from those who are in or from Scotland. Do you support independence? Do you think it will pass when it's voted on? Will you even vote on it (if eligible)? What do you think the consequences will be if it does or does not pass?

As an American who would love to visit and perhaps live in Scotland one day, I find this a pretty interesting/important event coming up. Since I am not living there my opinion doesn't mean much, but I know that if Scotland did declare independence it would certainly make me more likely to actually move there when I am able, since it will be one less institution controlling the populace there.

As I said, I'd love to hear opinions on this whether you live there or not, but particularly if you do. cheers.gif
