Hi, I'm Cid (Cade) and I'm a musician, writer and currently unemployed tutor/teacher. I live in West Texas, in the somewhat un-Celtic metropolis of El Paso/Ciudad Juarez. wink.gif I'm very proud of my Celtic heritage and since I already know the languages of my German and French ancestors, it's time for me to learn Gaelic. So I have been studying Scottish Gaelic recently. I find Gaelic to be a very inspiring language and I'm hoping to write poetry and songs in it someday. Glad to be here!

Hello and welcome Cid!

We're very glad to have you as part of the Celtic Radio family and I hope you'll enjoy being here! As Rindy already mentioned, there's lots of great Celtic music to listen to while you're exploring the many and varied forums. There's also lots of really nice folks around, so that's a plus too! smile.gif

Have fun roaming around and please let us know if you have any questions - since we do have a Gaelic language forum, I hope you're able to get some good use from it. For now, have a great weekend and I look forward to reading your future posts! bye1.gif

Ceid,. You are the whisky drinker, eh. I hit the wrong intro and accused Lawrence 50 of your good habits!!!
Seriousely, welcome to a great place of music, folks and interesting conversation. You are turning into quite the polyglot, it is good for the brain.
Enjoy

Hello, Cid, from the Navajo Nation in Northern Arizona. My wife is from West Texas, but not quite and west as you! She is form and we lived in San Angelo. Had a beauty all its own. Love the Rez here, though. Looking forward to seeing you around.

Welcome aboard and have a great day!
