| Is anyone else participating in the "40 Days of Purpose" campaign? My church just had their kick-off on Saturday. It seems like it will be a pretty good program... In case you don't know, the 40 Days of Purpose campaign is a 40-day church-wide Bible study using the book "A Purpose Driven Life". ~Crowned One  Daughter of the King |

| Hi Crowned1! No, our church hasn't done 40 days, but I have a copy of the book. Haven't got around to reading it yet, but it looks good! |

| Steph, Let us know how it goes when it comes to the part on doing missionary work. That was the part of the book I objected to. The author made it sound like unless you give everything up and go on a mission somewhere you were a bad Christian. I thought that was mighty arrogant of him. Maybe my take on that was wrong, but it rubbed me the wrong way. Just my opinion. |
