What Are You Doing Right Now?

Here in the office at work, having lunch and reading the forum. Been listening to Celtic Radio all morning, it makes the day go a lot better.

Will be mowing the lawn when I get home and doing some grading for the patio stone I am putting in. I will need to get back into work tomorrow just to get a rest.

That does sound like it was strenuous and not very pleasant. Would the well-earned slow motion be helped by a bit of music? I recommend the CelticMoon station of Celtic Radio for a good dose of peace and tranquility. And I do hope all your results come back as clear and benign as can be.

Just woke up from a good nap. But I still have some pangs on my left side. Hopefully it'll be gone by tomorrow.

Yes indeed stoirmeil it is strenuous and not pleasant especially when they provoke the heart to work while lying down it looked like the room of doom when you come in.

You had quite an experience. In my opinion that feels as close to a heart attack as you can without having one. Maybe I am a wuss but I didn't like it at all. It is important to take it easy and do NOT fly. The nuclear material will show up for about 3 days. I got a medical card to carry just in case though I didn't plan to fly.

That's exactly what it is. A kind of provoked heart attack because there is a cardiologist, a nurse and a nuclear specialist in the room and frankly it looks like an execution room for Godsake.
I'm no wuss but since I did not sleep the night before when I came in the room I just cracked down and wept like a cow. But they were wonderful and very compassionnate and helped me regained a bit of my dignity.

My first one 15 years ago required a special machine that moved around you taking pictures as you lay flat on a table. They had administered the persantin and it had taken the full effect. After about the 5th picture the machine taking the pictures jammed and I spent wat seemed like a week waiting in EXTREME discomfort for them to "shake" the machine loose. Finally I got the med to reverse the persantin and was told to come back the next day. That was a long night!! The next day all worked as it was supposed to. The last one was done in a special chair. I didn't find it to be any more comfortable. I did get to watch the screen though and could pick out the "bad spots". I am glad you got through it ok and hope the results will be good.

Ulster, thanks for the kind word as well as you Patch and I certainly hope they'll be good.
Actually this was done in regards of the foolish chest pains that I started to have once in a while for about a year now.
Is it anxiety? Is it in my head ? Or is it my migraines medication that I had to take so often that caused all this?Could be.
I simply do not know one thing I know is that I never had that kind of squeezing feelings in my chest and throat before strong enough sometimes that I couldn't talk.
I can't wait for the results to come in.

LOA gosh, I hope your feeling better. I had a experience simular to that not as severe. It ended up being a hiatal hernia . It scared me very much. Let us know what is going on.
