Why bother trying to give feedback when students don't bother to prepare???????

End of term frantic

The piles of papers are getting deeper... and students need feedback before final exams; also must contact colleagues before they dissapear into winter vacation. No time to cruise the boards today... bummer :-(

Monday blues
Posted by silverdragon on Dec 1st, 2003 4:06 PM
Dang but I hate Mondays this term. My division chair gave me a schedule that has me teaching from 8:15am to 10pm, and I didn't notice until it was too late....

The good news: it's all over after Dec. 17!!!

My Signature:

Where now the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing?
Where is the helm and the hauberk, and the bright hair flowing?
Where is the hand on the harpstring, and the red fire glowing?
Where is the spring and the harvest and the tall corn growing?
They have passed like rain on the mountain, like a wind in the meadow
The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow
Who shall gather the smoke of the dead wood burning
Or behold the flowing years from the Sea returning?
