Ahh!! Calgary....don't like that City one bit  Good thing you dinna remember it Never been to Hannah, but it's the hometown of band members from Nickelback (non-celtic). A lot of anger in their music (first CD), but the lyrics have improved since. No, I live in a lovely City where there are plenty of hiking/bike trails and a breathtaking River Valley; away from the Concrete City. Calgary is a total Concrete City IMHO. Not my cup o' tea. |

| Leelee; Did a job in Edmonton once. Service call at a refinery. So damn cold our tools broke. Nigh perished I did. Needless to say I didn't like it much. That was back in the 60s'. Camac. |

Aye, it does get cold here enough to snap your tools  Just the other week a Forklift's prong broke sheer off while picking up pipe skids (outdoors). Very fortunate that no one was standing in the area at the time. It happened once again thereafter.
When I think about it, I think your're right Dogshirt  Aye Camac, it's safe to come back now The winter this year didn't seem as long. Sure we have had a few coldsnaps, but they wouldn't last more than 4 days, warm up, then drop again...but a tolerable cold |
