I agree, yuck to ocra and lima beans! I like rubarb, though. Especially strawberry rubarb pie or jam.
I love okra lima beans I don't really care either way I won't go out of my way to get them, but boy do I love rubarb, my wife made a strawberry rubarb pie last weekend while all of my family was here and it was wonderful with some vanilla ice cream. I have never had any food with a suffix of ite in it except lite and I didn't like that so if vegemite, marmite, stalagtite, makingitupite etc.. tastes anything like THAT I don't want it.

I agree with a *lot* of the things you all have listed! Can't stand cooked spinach, not even the smell! Ditto broccoli (even with cheese!). Hubby likes fried oysters, so I fix them for him, but the girls and I eat other things. I refuse to eat liver, tuna, ochra, grits, homily, creamed corn, olives, raw seafood, (raw meat), water chestnuts, goat cheese, mountain oysters, pig's feet, frog's legs, kidneys,......the list goes on, but that's the main gist of it.

I like Vegemite, I 'make do' with that when I visit Australia - in the absence of Marmite. I grant you it is a love it or hate it thing, though
I don't like spinach or black pudding, or uncooked fish as in sushi or smoked salmon. Which is odd considering how much salmon there is available in Scotland!
Cat! I don't like Sushi either. I don't know about Scotland, but it is a really big thing here. I was totally disappointed. I LOVE salmon though..........cooked!
I have to say that I really don't like mushrooms. It all stems back to my early childhood, when at the tender age of 5 my cousin told me that since mushrooms grow on manure, I was eating poo. As silly as it sounds, I haven't been able to enjoy mushrooms since...
