Oh boy, Roisin! You get to see ROTK again! It has already left our theatre here in the small town I live in. sad.gif

Last night I FINALLY saw Pirates of the Carribean! Loved it! Lots of action, two hunky men, and loved the ending, loved the music, love the sword fighting! Johnny Depp is hilarious and yet sexy -- as usual! wink.gif

Watched the extended version of Das Boot last weekend.

My sons eighth birthday was on Tuesday so we took him to Return of the Kings. Can't wait for the DVD to eventually come out with it's rumoured extra hour.

Last night when I got home I put on "Ever After" with Drew Barreymore, the cinderella story. My oldest son came by and made sound effects with the movie while we watched the whole time. He asked me if Girls were nauseaed while watching guy films as he was watching that?

Really enjoyed the movie, ha! Not! Going to pitch that kid out next time.

(creeping up behind everyone)

BOO!!!

I'M BAAAAAACK!!!

Had to get the computer fixed. It was runnin' real slow, so I took it into the Apple Store in Oak Brook, Illinois (the closest one to me).

I rented Once Upon A Time In Mexico this weekend (got the last copy at a local Blockbuster tongue.gif ). It was good but a little confusing. Didn't mind looking at Salma Hayek and Eva Mendes, though naughty.gif .

Welcome back, MDF 3530 biggrin.gif !!!

We had a "Banderas Night" as a girls night out and watched "Desperado" and "Once upon a time in Mexico". To my mind, the series isn't bad, Johnny Depp acted brilliantly but I still think, "Desperado" is unbeatable...

What did you think was confusing? unsure.gif Maybe you got a bit confused by watching those - I have to admit it! - really handsome girls??? tongue.gif

I have been wondering that myself for awhile. Some things you have said makes you sound a little older than 19.

Watched a movie the other night, not very new and pretty predictable but really enjoyed it, ~JOHN Q~ with Denzel Washington, not bad at all.

I just watched the movie "Bruce Almighty" and I loved it. I wasn't your typical Jim Carey Movie but I rated it up there with "Liar Liar".

I saw the Last Samuri starring Tom Cruise at the theatre this past Saturday. I was really surprised...It was a wonderful film. I also think Cruise should have won the Golden Globe for best male actor instead of Penn. Yes, Sean Penn's performance was top notch in Mystic River, but I think Cruise did a better job conveying his character's demons and the evolution his character went through toward the end of the story.

Oh well,

Ooooh, that is one of the funniest movies EVER!!! The first time I saw it, I laughed to the point of tears 3 times - my sides ached for hours. What set me off most was that scene where Bruce is watching the other anchorman doing a broadcast, and he makes the poor guy squeak & squawk... what a hoot!

And I howled when Bruce tells everyone off on camera, when he's at the falls on that boat & finds out the other guy got the anchorman's job.

Wonderful movie! We got it on DVD as soon as it came out..
