Paul,

I have a "very special" request here in regards of the name "slavers" used in the game.I will not reveal the names of the players by respect of their beliefs but I've been told that some would simply not use the "slavers" because of what it represent..."slavery"... even in a game.

Now, my request is simple enough. Could you change the name of the units for "Robbers" instead of "Slavers" for in a way it's more of a "robber's" job to steal away it be a worker or gold or anything else for that matter. It serves the same purpose but under a different name.Which would be less offensive for some players.

I have copied and pasted the paragraph in the instruction and put the name robbers instead of slavers to read and I think it has a nice ring to it.

Could you let us know your impressions and if it's possible to have it change? So that way all the players will be able to participate fully in the game.

Thanks for taking the time to read my request.

Sincerely,Diane

Units: Robbers
To rob workers from an enemy kingdom you must use a robber type unit. These units are vulnerable to enemy attacks, and have no means to engage the enemy. However, once a battle is over, the robbers may rob enemy workers, and they will become yours. Once a robber has taken an enemy worker, it will have fulfilled its role and will leave your army, so it is necessary to regularly train groups of robbers.

Units: Slavers
To steal workers from an enemy kingdom you must use a slaver type unit. These units are vulnerable to enemy attacks, and have no means to engage the enemy. However, once a battle is over, the slavers may steal enemy workers, and they will become yours. I never looked at it that way before, but it does sound better being called Robbers. They rob the rich to give to the poor(or keep it themselves). I hope they do change the name. Please Paul.
