Innis & Gunn, Irish Whiskey Cask

I recently went to a beer tasting event and I enjoyed many styles and types of beer from all over. However the beer that turned out to be my favorite was the Irish Whiskey Cask from the Innis & Gunn brewery in Edinburgh Scotland.

Dark brownish black color with a smooth and sweet taste with hints of vanilla and whiskey from the barrel aging. A very good and interesting beer, comes in a neat looking bottle and is definitely worth a try.

Yum! Wish I could go to Scotland to have me a dram - might settled for the Food and Wine Festival in Disney's Epcot. I hear they have a wide range of wine and beer available during the festival which runs in the first part of November.
