Picture In My Profile, Where did it go!!!

The picture I had of me in my profile seems to be gone! Does anyone know why or where???

I see one of you leaning on a staff

That is my gun ( I am not short, I was kneeling down ) and I had to re-upload it! It was gone!

I thought it was but I wasn't sure and didn't want to sound foolish

Seems to there now. Shadows, we made some changes about 3 weeks ago that might of effected your photo. Let me know if this happens again and I will look at those changes, but I a confident that you will not lose your photo again!

I tried to put photos in the gallery and it will not work. I keep getting this stupid "javascript error." Sigh..........

I got some up, but keep getting a no data when I try to upload a lot of my photos and I have no clue why???

I have seen this javascript error manifest itself from within windows. My best suggestion is to try the microsoft knowledge base. It is most likely something on your computer. You could try reinstalling your O/S, but that is a big job. Maybe upgrade your browser or reinstall the browser might be the simpliest solution for you.

CelticRadio does make extensive use of javascript, so if there are issues with the javascript compiler on your computer it could cause problems.

As far as uploading pictures, the Photo Gallery script is very picky about the files you upload. Try reducing the picture to atleast 800 by 600 and also make sure the file name has no spaces in it and is all lower case.

Ok, you all! Don't laugh! I am really computer stupid! But what is my "browser." Is that my Internet Explorer? do I need to upgrade that? I did that not to long ago. Sorry to be so dumb.

No problem Celtic Rose. Don't be so hard on yourself. You are dealing with an inferior operating system that is prone to security breaches and issues the longer it is installed.

Your browser is internet explorer. I wish I could be of more help. I would suggest researching javascript issues. Or if there is someone knowledge with fixing these issues on the board here, jump right in!
