Ingredients

1 cup gluten free flour mix (corn)
2/3 cup cornmeal
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp shortening
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 pound hotdogs (turkey)
Cooking oil
1/4 cup honey
Baking powder

Directions

Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, egg, shortening, salt, honey, and milk in a large bowl. Mix in until a well batter.

Dip in hot dogs with a Popsicle stick into batter

With cooking oil in a skillet cook on medium high to simmer
Flip over once every several mins until golden brown AND well done
