Sorry for the down time the past 24+ hours. We are switching to a faster secondary server and this requires some changes to our domain records. These can take up to 96 hours to hit all of the world wide internet servers.
We also brought down our 2 linux servers last nite for maintenance and we upgraded our DB server to 1 GB.
We are going to bring down the radio server tonight for some maintenance, so perhaps around 10 oclock we will be off-air for about an hour.
I am hoping that everything should be completed and that by Monday morning everything will be running smoothly again. There should be a notable difference in our site response time. If not, please let us know!
Take all the time you need - we know you are doing a great job. Thanks for that!!!

Paul, I lost my broadband connection this week and thought the slow response times were due to that ! I gave up waiting a couple of times for screens to appear. It is sooooo much faster now. Thanks!!! ( I know I'm very impatient but thats broadband for ya, or maybe my very limited attention span ) Anyway , THANKS AGAIN!!!!

This is great news! Alot can be attributed to our new secondary hosting provider. After going through 6 different providers I think we finally found one that works good and fast.
I appreciate everyone's patients. I know the site was getting very sluggish the past month. We actually had signed up for a much more expensive account through earthlink.net when we found a hosting company called hostgater.com. Hopefully the speed will stay the same (and the costs) which will help us stay around for a while!
and more the now playing window has problem on mozilla it don't show information it didn't happen b4 don't tell me to use Internet Explorer it has too much security and popup problem I don't use it except absolutely necessary
I'm sorry I can't ever get upset when the site is down as I'm so appreciative of what we have here I'll never get upset by it ever being down. I just have to take the unfortunate times with all of the good times. Annabelle

As should be noted, we only support internet explorer at this time. If you choose to use a different browser, we can not promise that the site will work properly. Later on this year we will start working on making our site more cross browser compatible.

Shadows,
We recently moved the menu files to our secondary servers. So, you should try hitting refresh or clearing your internet cache; then try loading the page. It may still be trying to look at the old site for the menu.

the reason I use mozilla mainly 1. I have been die-hard netscape fans (but netscape is gone for good) 2. IE has a lot of annoying bad habit, and pop-ups drives me out of control
hopefully, the site will be all major browser compatible, not only IE IE is nothing but junk

those nasty popups are the reason i have blocker. and i run a fire wall too. it really helps everything work a lot smoother. i thought the sluggish site was my fault, though, because i tend to have email open, plus pogo games and sometime a messenger too. right now i have 5 windows running! but now it runs really great! i notice a big difference in the speed! it just makes me love it all the more!
