With St. Patrick's Day right around the corner I seem to ramp up and listen to a lot of Irish music. More than usual.

My daughter just had her Irish Step show. Great show last week. Awesome live music from "Shindig". Local band. Got their CD "Stay Awhile". Amazing talent on the fiddle in David Breguet!

I listen to a variety of bands. However one of my all time, go to Irish favorite is:

Young Dubliners
"With All Due Respect
Irish Sessions"

What is your go to Irish Music?
Please share.

Great topic!

I'd have to say that even though there are loads of bands that I enjoy, Lunasa has got to be my favorite. When Keven Crawford and the lads are on, this band is one of the best on the planet!

My favorite project by Lunasa is probably Se. The variety of tunes is stellar.

One of my favorite tunes by them is "Absent Friends."

Another classic is "Morning Nightcap."

I may pop in later on this thread with some other groups, but Lunasa never fails to get it done. They are GREAT in concert!!
