A Scottish band one, for the first time in years! Simon Fraser University from Canada have won for four of the past few years - but not this year! http://www.sundayherald.com/36092 It's a wonderful day out, and the weather really helped out.... There were people and bands from all over the world! Glasgow Green is a great venue. Although I am from Edinburgh, I like Glasgow, too... Close members of my family are members of a pipe band in Canberra, NSW.... Their pipeband will be competing at the Worlds next August.... My nephew and TWO nieces are in the band. In grade 3b they finished 5th and their drums were #1.
