Our official Radio DJ is Rebecca Gethings. Rebecca records all of our radio promos and announcements. She
has one of the sweetest voices that internet radio has to offer and she does all DJ and Advertiser
work for Highlander Radio. Rebecca is an actress and professional voiceover artist based in the UK. She has her own studio recording facilities
and can voice your commercials, on-hold projects, corporate and website narration. Rebecca trained at Webber Douglas Academy
of Dramatic Art and since graduating has worked in Television, Theatre and Radio.
We have worked with Rebecca for about 2 years and have found her to be very professional, quick with her turn-around times and willing
to get the job done with her "can-do" attitude.

The Highlander Radio studios are located in Boston, Massachusetts - home to a rich and
diverse culture of Celtic music for some 200 hundred years now. All of our station sweepers, promos and cuts are mixed right here in our Boston office studios. We
use the latest technology and processes for creating the beautiful station announcements that you hear on our award winning broadcast.
When we create a voice-over
soundtrack for our broadcast or for one of our clients, we work with the latest digital sound editing software right down to mili-seconds of raw sound data. Our powerful
enhancing tools can add natural sounding reverb, perform fade ins and outs, adjust the timbre of the recording for just the right combination of highs and lows or process
the sound recordings dynamic range to give it more "oomph". Our mixing is done through seperate level pan, mute, solo and routing controls - up to 128 tracks of stereo heaven!
And when its time to receive your product, we can provide the finished sound recording in a variety of audio formats; from industry-standard .wav, .au, and .aif files, to popular compressed formats like .mp3 and .mp3PRO.
